High Intensity Interval Training
Interval Training is an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less intense rest periods. HIIT is an effective form of cardiovascular exercise with usual training sessions ranging between 4 and 30 minutes. These short, intense workouts are a great way to increase fitness levels, improve glucose metabolism and fat burning. Y $15 PER PERSON!
Utilising the beach front promenades, ramps, stairs and hills around the beaches and parks of the Eastern Suburbs - build your cardio fitness with short to medium duration runs and strength exercises.
Locations include Tamarama, Clovelly, Gordons Bay, Coogee, Centennial Park, Maroubra. See Dates here
PROMENADE PRAM PUSHERS*
Utilising the promenade, ramps, stairs and hills around Maroubra Beach and Arthur Byrne Reserve - push and pull your pram for a shot of HIIT, strengthen your pelvic floor and move correctly. The sessions will alternate with Interval Runs and 4-5km Endurance Runs.
If you do not have a pram, no problem! You are still able to join in.

*Written Permission from medical practitioner must be given before training commences. Tara will also do an assessment prior to commencement.
