My belief of Look Good Feel Great stems from personal experience – there is nothing that can cure a bad day other than exercise and healthy living - it is good for the mind, body and soul. It gives you the energy to get up in the morning and get on with your day; your body clears itself of nasty toxins which result in healthy organs, clean skin and longer life. When you look after yourself, you look good and you feel great.

After 16 years in the travel industry where the body looked okay on the outside but the inside not so much, tag that with the mind not great, I decided to focus on change and pursue my two true passions – fitness and helping people.

 

From childhood, I was involved in sport whether it was netball during my school days or touch football as an adult; trekking in the Himalayas, Patagonia, Papua New Guinea and Peru or joining a local gym for group training classes, I always had fitness in my life.

 

Qualified with Certificate IV in Fitness/Personal Training, I continue to build on my knowledge and qualification portfolio which include Punchfit Boxing Trainer, training in Comprehensive Exercise Pre and Post Pregnancy, Group Exercise Instructor and Les Mills BodyPump Instructor. I'm also passionate about nutrition and “going back to the basics” in terms of including (but not limited to) traditional foods in your diet and their benefits for healthy living.

 

TJ Fit is registered with Fitness Australia and continues to promote health, well being and functional exercise through outdoor classes around the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, personal training services and in-gym classes.
